  I have to give this establishment five sparkling stars because my month-lonh stay with them was absolutely like being at home. All the nurses, Janet, Ruth, Davina, Beatrice, Idena, and the CNAs were all so kind, thoughtful and helpful. They always greeted me with a warm smile and never acted as if I was a nuisance. I've told my family that when I get too old for them just take me to Park Rose.

  My cousin is being cared for at this facility, with much kindness and thoughtfulness. Her needs are met and many of her “wants” also. The staff is caring and sincerely interested in her.

  I would not recommend this place to anyone. I quote a nurse friend who visited me and said :This place is like a third world country. Nothing works." I had to ask for night meds every night. Took 4 requests and filing a complaint before I got a shower. Most of the staff has no clue. No body ever asked me once during my 2 week incarceration "Are you comfortable?" I was so disgusted with the conditions I tried to sleep on the floor in the hall. Despite the dystopian conditions, there are a few good people there: The social worker, the PT staff, one nurse, and some of the RT folks were great but overall it's just an awful hell hole of a place.
