  I live here. The neighbors below smoke in their apartment and the smoke comes in through the kitchen hood vent. I've called and complained probably over 100 times and nothing has been done. Yet when I was trying to stay cool in the summer and had an air conditioner unit that wasn't approved they sent me a 3 day eviction notice. The management here is pathetic.

  They claim to be "low income", but they raise the rent every chance they get. I moved out and have been fighting to get my deposit back. They agree that I'm owed the full amount, but the check just never seems to arrive. They refuse to put me in contact with anyone in management, and ignore my repeated requests for speedy resolution. Higher management, though I'm told they are in the office, are somehow never available to take a phone call. And good luck trying to reach ANYONE at the parent company VPM. As a low income property, they should know that $1600 is not pocket change that I can wait for indefinitely.
