  It’s been awhile since we had a stable manager so it was nice to find out that Avery was committed to staying here and get things back on track. I appreciate the help he has shown so far so I hope he continues to be open and understanding to myself and the other residents. I like these apartments and the location is very close to grocery stores, gas stations and offers lots of food options. Very close to point defiance and university place.

  I stopped in at this property yesterday to get some information as I am moving to the area and Avery was super helpful! He was able to answer all of my questions and was just all around pleasant to speak with.
