  Melissa is an outstanding realtor who was professional, caring and very knowledgeable. We were in England during the process of purchasing our home and Melissa was so reliable and handled everything so well that we were completely at ease and worry free. She earned our trust and we knew that she had our best interests at heart. We were confident that the advice she gave was accurate and if there was ever a question that needed a deeper understanding, Melissa did her due diligence and made sure that everything was made clear to us. Melissa went the extra mile, making sure she was present during inspections and things that we could not be physically present for. Purchasing a home can be stressful but adding the stress of bying it sight unseen, as well as being out of the Country during the process puts it in a whole other league and you need a realtor who makes you feel confident in the process and who you can count on no matter what issues or obstacles may arise. I can highly recommend Melissa Jacobs as being that kind of realtor. If you want the best, forget the rest and get Melissa Jacobs to handle the purchase or sale of your home!

  Working with Melissa Jacobs was an absolutely amazing experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor especially as a first-time homebuyer. As someone going through this process for the first time, I had a lot of questions, and Melissa took the time to explain every step clearly and thoroughly, making sure I always felt comfortable and informed. What could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience was made smooth, manageable, and even exciting thanks to her guidance and support. She’s professional, proactive, and consistently got everything into escrow on time. Communication was clear, and she handled issues calmly and efficiently as they came up.
