I’m in the process of buying my first home and they are my Lender reps and Loan Officer. We are on the final stretch to closing! Michael does a great job of demonstrating his trust in his team and has made me so comfortable. From his welcome & check in calls to make sure I understood the process to the polite reminder texts from Litrell, I never felt alone. As we navigated the complicated process of the WA state Covenant Loan, Litrell, Mellisa and Michael continued to check in with me so I did not lose focus on the goal. Further into the process, I was partnered with Nate & Mellisa to get through underwriting and other important steps. This team was always patient, polite and made themselves available to me. Everything was clearly communicated in writing with supportive explanations if I was uncertain about any of the aspects of the loan process. He was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner and was not satisfied until we actually understood what was happening with our purchase.
