  My cousin is being cared for at this facility, with much kindness and thoughtfulness. Her needs are met and many of her “wants” also. The staff is caring and sincerely interested in her.

  So much improvement! My son been at Park Rose for almost eight years. For the last few years back he’s been going thru a lot at the facility. Some CNA and nurses weren’t doing their job and there are a few are great nurses and CNAs too but now they have great nurses and wonderful CNAs. I wanted to thank all of them CNA , nurses, dieticians, RT, Doctors, care management and everyone at the facility! Thank you for showing that you care! Aalex is blessed!!

  Park Rose provides an outstanding care with a level of compassion and professionalism that truly stands out. The nursing, RT (Arris Health), MSW, Admin and rest of rehab teams work seamlessly together to ensure every resident receives personalized, high-quality care. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. From our experience, from leadership to support staff, everyone is dedicated to making residents feel safe, supported, and seen. Highly recommend this skilled nursing facility for any rehab care needs. Thank you for all you do!!!

  The management team is working hard to support the floor staff and ensure the residents get the very best care possible. The many of the residents of Park Rose are very ill and debilitated when they arrive however due to the TLC they receive from nursing, therapists, housekeeping and dietary staff, they are often in much better condition when they are ready to return home.
