- JSJeanette ShieldsAug 26, 20255.0I had the pleasure of working with Karen Kostner, Account Manager in the Homeowner Association Division at Great West Management Group, regarding a new tenant at a property I manage in regard to Leasing. Karen is the HOA contact for the property, and I greatly appreciated her prompt, professional, and courteous communication throughout the process. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made coordinating with the HOA smooth and efficient. It was a pleasure working with her.

Keep raising prices cause of “property taxes” but we still don’t have dish washers or washer and dryers in the units and the laundry room is constantly being broken in to. I have the same kitchen cupboards and ugly ssa counter tops that were installed when the place was first built in probably the 70s. Slumlords. Slumlords. Slumlords. I’d give y'all ZERO stars if I could.
- NPN PNov 30, 20215.0From day one Ashley was very professional, easy to get ahold of and easy to work with. She even contacted me on her day off which she did not have to do. She went above and beyond for me and my daughter as we were both renting separate properties at the same time. We are in love with our new place and our new neighborhood and want to thank her for all she did for us.
