  These people deserve 0 stars. Don’t come and live here at all!! I was trying to move here as I was pcsing to Washington brand new to the state, these ppl charged me a fee then claimed they never charged me or the card never went through, But the whole entire time they were trying to move me in to an apartment that was already occupied!! Then they wanted to move me to a different apartment but didn’t know if the apartment was going to be occupied or not, that alone is a HUGE RED FLAG!! So I decided to move in and they claimed I owed them money. Don’t ever even think of moving in!!

  We have lived here for 8 months. We love it here. It’s quiet, the other tenants are respectful and everyone says Hello to each other. I have even became friends with a few of the tenants in the building. I am able to reach the office when I need to, and if they are not in they call back if you leave a voicemail. If there is any important information we need to know the office will send out an email. All in all I’m happy. The only thing I would say is parking can be an issue but besides that, All good.

  The property manager, Makenzi, was so helpful the entire time when I lived at Edgecliff. She promptly responds to any maintenance requests, solves problems, and is always kind. Edgecliff has historic charm and has many walkable community amenities, restaurants, and shopping.

  DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I’ve been here for 2 years now. I’ve had my car broken into 3 times and car stolen once. The property management company DOES NOT CARE! They do not protect the tenants safety or care if your property is destroyed. They say they have “onsite security” THEY DO NOT! They have it for other properties they manage but not EDGECLIFF. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Look somewhere else. DO NOT RENT HERE
