  What caught my attention the most about 1202 Per is that you enter and everything looks impeccable. No matter where you walk, all the furniture and walls are in perfect condition and super well painted you can tell that they don't miss a single detail, all this effort goes to the constant maintenance and hard work that Eduardo, Miguel and Claire send themselves. You can tell that they make him want to make the place look ten. It's nice to be in such a careful space.

  Living at 1202 Pearl has been a fantastic experience. The community is really beautiful, and the apartments are very cozy perfect for living comfortably with your family. One of my favorite things is the green spaces they are well-maintained and create a lovely atmosphere. Additionally, the staff makes a huge difference Eduardo, Miguel, and Claire are incredibly attentive, professional, and always ready to help with anything you need.

  I’ve been living at 1202 Pearl Apartments and it has been a great experience so far. The gym is perfect especially during this time of year because I don’t have to drive anywhere on rainy days. It’s such a convenience! The staff is amazing. Eduardo, Claire, and Miguel are always available and ready to help whenever I have any questions. They’re friendly, professional, and truly make living here even better. Highly recommend!

  Llevo ya un tiempo viviendo en 1202 Pearl y la verdad es que estoy muy contento de ver cómo las cosas han ido mejorando poco a poco. Se nota que le están poniendo ganas a los detalles y a que nosotros como residentes estemos a gusto. El parque para perros está siempre impecable y súper bien cuidado, lo cual se agradece muchísimo si tienes mascota. Además, el equipo de trabajo es de lo mejor Miguel, Eduardo y Claire son súper profesionales y siempre te reciben con una sonrisa, ayudando en lo que haga falta. Es muy satisfactorio ver que él sitio en donde vives es bien agradable para toda tu familia.

  Vivir en 1202 Pearl ha sido una experiencia fantástica, pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el equipo humano que tienen. Hace poco tuve un problema con el lavamanos de mi apartamento y la rapidez con la que lo gestionaron fue increíble. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Eduardo, Miguel y Claire por su ayuda. No solo fueron súper profesionales y eficientes al solucionar el desperfecto, sino que además fueron increíblemente amables y atentos conmigo durante todo el proceso. Da mucha tranquilidad saber que cuentas con personas así cuando surge algún imprevisto en tu hogar. Totalmente recomendado.
