  Absolutely terrible 0/5 stars. Management is nice at first but as soon as you sign that lease and move in they treat you like crap.... could go into detail but just read the one star reviews. They are still all accurate. The owners reply to the reviews on here like they give a damn about the residents, do not be fooled.

  These people deserve 0 stars. Don’t come and live here at all!! I was trying to move here as I was pcsing to Washington brand new to the state, these ppl charged me a fee then claimed they never charged me or the card never went through, But the whole entire time they were trying to move me in to an apartment that was already occupied!! Then they wanted to move me to a different apartment but didn’t know if the apartment was going to be occupied or not, that alone is a HUGE RED FLAG!! So I decided to move in and they claimed I owed them money. Don’t ever even think of moving in!!

  We have lived here for 8 months. We love it here. It’s quiet, the other tenants are respectful and everyone says Hello to each other. I have even became friends with a few of the tenants in the building. I am able to reach the office when I need to, and if they are not in they call back if you leave a voicemail. If there is any important information we need to know the office will send out an email. All in all I’m happy. The only thing I would say is parking can be an issue but besides that, All good.

  management is good but there is always something breaking, the washing machine is always full and you can’t deposit more quarters, the bathtub pain is flaking after only 6months living here, the oven doesn’t light anymore, parking is atrocious, we pay entirely too much for the floors to be looking the way they do (looking like the original wood floors from 1921). The door access system doesn’t work, management does nothing about tenants smoking cigarettes blowing their smoke into our windows and throwing butts all over the place. the rent here should be adjusted accordingly to the quality of life you get, luxury apartments? lmao sure ok
