  Love this community and this apartment! I’ve lived all over Tacoma for the last 20 years and I’ve never been somewhere so clean and peaceful and with the best management and maintenance you could ever ask for. The community is friendly and welcoming and Lori and Tony are amazing caretakers who care about every residents needs and the condition of their homes. They are fast to respond and get the job done with quality and always kind to people. I’m about to sign a second year lease and I couldn’t be happier to do so. Easiest lease I’ve ever renewed! If you’re looking for a quiet place with huge patios and lovely plants, ample parking, well lit and safe, clean and affordable laundry room with new appliances and a sense of community, this place is easy to call home!
