    This is a review of our apartment manager, Makenzi Cook, who took over management just a few months ago. She is both competent and kind, which makes my existence at this beautiful complex that much nicer. In short, having a good manager makes this apartment feel so much more like a home than just a place I rent. Thanks Makenzi!

    I have had nothing, but a great experience with the Bayside property managers and the tenants that live here. Makenzi has been extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. The view and well maintained grounds are wonderful also.

    ARIANA AT TARGA IS AWFUL Targa took over the building in November and it has gone downhill since. The apartment manager, Ariana, is awful. She doesn't respond to calls or emails no matter how many times you reach out.
