  Overpriced compared to the market. Parking is good. They have fenced backyards in some units. Huge package theft issue in their open unsecured package room. We've had three packages stolen in a short time. They don't care and are not taking steps to rectify this.

  Claire, Miguel, Anderson and Eduardo were very helpful when I had an issue with my kitchen cabinets.

  Recently in my house there was a problem with the pipe in the kitchen and I was worried about not knowing what to do, I contacted Eduardo, Miguel and Claire and they helped me immediately, they are very pleasant with all the maintenance problems!!

  Muy buena experiencia aquí, Eduardo y su equipo de mantenimiento siempre rápidos y efectivos gracias también a Claire y Miguel. Heather y Paytin en la oficina muy buenas también.

  Eduardo, Miguel & Claire did a fantastic job fixing things I needed to be fixed. They came very urgently and told me how to fix some things just incase I needed to in a hurry
