  Mold and theft, you have to pay for your laundry with terrible machines that don’t dry your clothes and if it doesn’t dry them you have to pay more, mold in every window and in the bathroom. They tell you it’s seasonal and to take care of it yourself i don’t even want to sleep in my room the mold is so bad unfortunately and ive cleaned the windowsill multiple times, gotten an air purifier and put up air fresheners and i still can’t manage. The maintenance man is cool however and does a great job. I’ve had my car stolen twice and broken into once, luckily it hasn’t happened in a while but that’s just in the 3ish years I’ve lived here they don’t feel the need to install cameras I was forced to buy my own. Only benefit is traffic is not bad for work and you’re right in downtown sumner so everything is nearby that’s why they get 2 stars

  Don’t live here if you want your water shut off frequently & your bathroom starts leaking. I tried asking for a reduced electric bill because due to their OLD pipes, water started leaking & my closet carpet/ outside my bathroom got allllll wet. They let me borrow a dehumidifier which is on ALL DAY. And on top of that I used MY OWN carpet cleaning to suck all the water out as much as I could. (More electricity being used due to THEIR issues) & They said no because “they responded in a timely manner & got it “FIXED” right away. The first night they patched the hole to stop the leak but it was STILL dripping. (Had to use a pot & frequently change out my towels) Then the day after they got it fixed. But my home was open the ENTIRE time they were working on it & I had more than a dozen flies in my apartment which is SO unhygienic & disgusting. I’m very upset with the management right now. Wouldn’t recommend.

  After the very disrespectful and rude conversation on the phone, only double checking pricing and availability. There's no way I'd ever live there. Owners need to look into fixing this problem with staff.

  Be careful when you move out. Make sure you do a walk-through with management and take lots of pictures. Moved out before end of lease. Moved out in Dec, Dec rent paid in full. Charging for full month rent in January, but there's a problem, people are already moving into unit. Can you say double dipping. I personally did not live in the apartment but a friend did. She just received final bill. I helped her clean and move, just completely amazed at what they are trying to get away with and how many others have they done this to. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!
