I can’t say enough great things about my experience working with Max Plese. He helped me find the perfect home during a very challenging time in my life, and I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without his support and expertise. From the start, he took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and made sure I felt educated and confident throughout the entire process. Every home showing felt thoughtfully selected based on what mattered most to me, and that intentionality ultimately led me to a home that exceeded my expectations. I never felt pressured—just supported. I’m incredibly grateful for his guidance, and there’s no doubt I’ll be doing more business with him in the future. Highly recommend!

My mother's realtor, Sue Jessup, has displayed extreme unprofessional behavior. By Washington State Law, it is required to install a carbon monoxide (CO) detector in the home for the safety of the new homeowner before a sale is made. Upon realizing this 3 years later, my mother reached out to Sue Jessup. Sue replied that she has called several times and stopped by several times during the day to no answer (in which there are no records of phone calls and we never heard a knock at the door). Sue mentioned that she checked the files and there was a CO detector when she sold the house (there was never a CO detector). Then Sue tells my mother to go to the store and buy one herself, to which my mother responded that, by law, it is her job to make sure they are in the home and that is the realtor's responsibility. Sue also diverted to the fact that she went out of her way to purchase a new garage door opener motor (which is also supposed to be working and not the responsibility of the new homeowner to purchase). My mother was frustrated with this incompetence and does not feel she should be responsible for purchasing this and Sue's reply is "I hope that tapping me for a CO detector 3 yrs after purchasing your home makes you satisfied". Complete unprofessional behavior. We live in a 55 & up community where Sue was the primary realtor, and have recently heard from other community members that they no longer will do business with Sue because they were unhappy with her, (they did not specify why). Well, now we know why!
