Pros: quiet aside from people slamming their doors late at night because they forget they live inside of a building Clean and has a gym Overall cute and upkeep is well Cons: never guest parking available. This is probably the most frustrating part of living here. Having a guest coming over is embarrassing because where do they park? Be so for real, Magnesium. The door to the mailroom may get sticky and won’t open The door to your building may not open after you put in your code and it’s after hours or snowing outside and you better hope someone comes quickly after calling the emergency line AND YES I AM A RESIDENT HERE. YES THIS IS A NICK NAME. NO THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW. YES THIS BASED ON MY ACTUAL EXPERIENCE. I never write reviews but I need more of us talking about the damn parking situation.

Edit: Since my review was taken down likely due to magnesium staff appealing to google in response to my original review. I will now post the same review again using my verified school account please enjoy. I AM AN ACTIVE RESIDENT FOR THE RECORD. Note: I check the reviews of this complex daily and I will be aware if my review is taken down again. Thank you for attention to this matter magnesium staff. I typically avoid writing reviews, but I urge anyone looking to rent, to look elsewhere, the most pressing concern you will have at this complex, is PARKING, there is no where near enough parking to go around, they have approximately 75 percent of the available parking space, if not more dedicated to reserved paid parking, this has led to a shortage of free resident parking. On multiple occasions I have been either forced to park on the other side of the complex, park in offsite properties such as the WINCO parking lot (Which could lead to my car being towed, broken into or damaged), or park in non-authorized parking which results in their security team tacking on a overly adhesive parking violation to my window, this has led to damage to my windshield leaving adhesive that will not come off. As of Sunday the 1st of February, the management has decided that the solution to parking scarcity, is to create more scarcity and charge you for the privilege of having less parking, at ten dollars a month, management has decided to take up a large chunk of the free resident parking, and reserve it for tenants. So you finally get one space, but if you are like me and have one or more roommates, each with a vehicle, this solves only one persons problem for the night. The other two tenants who pay good money to live here, are to be left high and dry. And good luck parking across complex, as those spots are now reserved as well. When you attempt to vent frustration and take issue with managements decision to make parking inevitably worse, they will blow you off, say they will take it to higher management, and then continue to force this policy through like a battering ram. If you are as single car family, this complex may be for you. But if you have more than one vehicle it is highly likely you will encounter the same issues myself, my roommates, and multiple other tenants have faced since moving into this complex. Management has taken zero accountability for their decision, and will instead send emails containing the following line "We also want to kindly remind everyone that disrespect towards our office staff will not be tolerated. Our team is here to help and appreciates your cooperation as we roll out this new system" This response to criticism shows they do not wish to listen to people that have already signed a lease locking themselves into an agreement, only to have that agreement turned on its head by siphoning away more available parking on location, I did not agree to this, nobody reached out to gauge my opinion, and shows a direct lack of the property managements concern for their residents. Either the response in the email quoted above directly references my call with staff over the parking issue, or many other tenants have called and voiced their concerns as well. In talking with residents in my building about the upcoming parking changes, I have not had a single fellow tenant say that they thought this response to the parking issue was a good idea, but on the phone they said they spoke with multiple residents who were in favor of the plan. If this is the case, myself and my roommates were certainly left out of the conversation, these massive changes or proposals should have gone to every resident, yet they either polled a small contingent of the leasers on site, or in more likely reality, asked no ones opinion and went ahead with it anyways. Carports also are given to new tenants over tenants who have patiently been waiting for the carports to open up, a massive slap in the face to myself and my roommates.

Worst apartments I’ve ever lived at. Cheap appliances, walls will crack , hidden fees on literally everything. They actually just ruined the entire parking situation as if it wasn’t bad enough. There’s no parking unless you pay more on top of your already overpriced apartment. If you can you actually consider living under the bridge at the bottom of division before you live here. Place just actually sucks. Oh also you can hear everything. Like there’s no soundproofing whatsoever. Person living above you walking can rattle your entire apartment. Staff kinda sucks. Please look at the one star reviews. PLEASE these people aren’t lying. It’s bad it’s not worth it. THERES NO PARKING YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE AND MORE AND MORE. Anything you want or need you will be charged for. Mail room is bad. Gym sucks. Trust me it looks cool on line they take good pictures. This place sucks. Don’t move here

I’m so thankful to have experienced this beautiful, newer apartment complex, and especially at such an affordable price. The office staff truly make this place feel like home — they truly care about the residents, our safety, and maintaining the property, and it shows. The grounds and community spaces are always clean and inviting, and Jessica in particular is amazing, if you haven’t seen the office or community spaces they really are worth a peek! These units are gorgeous, with ample storage, and brand-new appliances, in-unit washer and dryer (with smart features, aka I can warm up my blanket with my phone!), and stunning mountain views from our balcony. Security features like coded stairwell access and a 5 mph speed limit help the community feel safe, and I appreciate the extra care taken to protect residents, including children. Covered parking is included, with the option to rent secure garages that also provide some extra storage. While parking issues caused by some tenants can be frustrating, the office has gone above and beyond to offer solutions, including reservable spots. They try the best they can not to have to tow any cars (even when parked in the fire lane!) they simply put a sticker, that comes off with some adhesive remover (goo gone/alcohol) and I think that’s much nicer to come down to a sticker than if I ever had to get my car towed and figure that out.. They clearly want the best for both the property and the people who live here, and they even host monthly events and send out a monthly newsletter to build a stronger sense of community. There’s no other apartment complex like here and WE LOVE IT HERE! <3

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE ANIMALS. They will be extremely quick to charge you $300.00 if you accidentally leave a small amount of pet waste (mistakes happen) but let people park illegally all over their property and do nothing about it. Literally nothing, especially at night. Security does nothing and neither does the management. They will likely reply saying they do - but they don't, as the SAME cars park illegally almost every night and I have a plethora of photos of the same cars doing it. In their lease (the same argument they use against me about pet waste) it says they will tow cars that are parked illegally, but they do not. I lived there. I see no tows happening for people parking illegally. It is honestly very hypocritical and somewhat discriminatory against pet owners. But as soon as a pet owner makes a mistake - they will be ABSOLUTLEY sure to penalize you. Plus some of their utilities are cheaply made (dishwasher and washing machines) and have constant issues. Way too expensive to live here for the cheap products you actually get. Maintenance people are awesome though - and the only highlight of living here. I hope all of those wonderful people can go and get hired at a much better company. But other than that, this place is not a good place to live. I can see why a few different people have left 1 star reviews that specifically highlight how sub-par the management is. Those reviews are ABSOLUTELY 100% accurate. I would highly recommend that you do not live here and go to one of the other much better apartment complexes in the area.
