  As a delivery driver, the entry code given by customer did not work, I've had this issue with several customers here in the past, but it's convenient that they can let you in remotely from their home. It's also a very clean, well maintained and well marked building, units are easy to find. The hallways are well made, they don't squeak or make noise when walking on them as is the case with many buildings where normal walking can disturb residents and pets. Less one star because you are forced to use elevator, I took stairs to the 3rd floor only to learn you can't get access that way, had to come all the way down and take elevator. If you are carrying heavy orders, this can be a major inconvenience and longer wait for customers. It's healthy to use stairs. I also feel the code not working is a system issue rather than customer error.

  This place is horrible, poorly ran, almost like a run down trailer park! Management is a pathetic joke, if you rent here you have no rights, they always threaten people with evictions, totally unprofessional.

  So just heads up today the Ironside apartments decided to tell me that they have not received the 200 dollar holding deposit and would not be giving it back to me my question is why did you process the application if you had not received the proper amount the answer they did and they are mad that I posted this review and refused to return the 200 dollars to me. I will be taking them to small claims court to get that 200 dollars even though what a waste of time. They will take your .money if you apply. Okay so the owner responded to my review saying call to discuss except that's a non working number if you don't believe me try to call it. Also they have had my refundable 200 dollars for days now and read in other reviews it's common practice for them to slow mail a check to you instead of just settling the debit correctly hopefully they have changed that bad business practice now here is the original review I am a one hundred percent disabled retired army veteran with zero criminal history and nothing at all on my record but was denied for bad credit even though had 50000 dollars in student loans paid off and no back child support ever. Because of a few items in collections that were the product of a divorce and identity theft they denied me because I didn't pay a car loan that I had consigned on that I actually didn't someone else did in my name but even that was on there I had plenty of income to cover the rent well within the thirty percent rule. I needed to be at those apartments for proximity to my dr. I asked if I could pay double deposit or work something out and they refused to listen I am asking anyone that is considering renewing there lease or starting one to not to. They should not treat veterans or anyone for that matter that way this place has no moral compass and evil in my book
