When one of your residents complained about the same thing (my case the dryer) for over 2 1/2 months and be told “well get to it when we can we have a lot of turns” or “they will be there Friday for sure” to now being told “all ground floors are going to be done Monday” on top of that when you give a money order it doesn’t get processed the day you give it. My case gave it to them Tuesday and I get they worked half day Wednesday and was closed yesterday but why wasn’t it processed the day I gave it to you?

They have had a dishwasher for me weeks ago but gave a part away to someone else so now I’m waiting for them to replace the part so I can have the “new” dishwasher. Been having issues with my dryer not drying clothes for years it has never been fixed, heaters haven't been fixed, smoke detectors need to be replaced I was told but they said they weren’t going to do any of them until people move out… dog poop is rarely cleaned up and the grounds keeper says it’s not his job and he doesn’t have a dog because he doesn’t want to pick up poop. These are just a few things it’s hard to remember everything….
