  We recently moved into this apartment and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The unit was in good condition at move-in, and everything was handled efficiently. The property manager was great to work with friendly, communicative, and quick to answer questions or help with anything we needed. It’s clear they care about their tenants, and that really made a difference. So far, it’s been a positive experience and we’re glad we chose this place.

  Worst place I’ve ever lived. Management company is aware of illegal activity and keeps renewing leases for those people. They never answer the phone and don’t return calls. Have had maintenance out dozens of times over the last two years because things are constantly breaking, Currently been controlling my heat by using the breaker box because the heat won’t shut off on its own. Been two weeks without any contact. Have gone online, called, texted. You don’t want to live here. Apts look nice but are cheap paint on a POS. Also, they have blocked my cell phone number. When I call from my personal phone the call beeps a couple times and then disconnects. When I call from my work phone I get the automated answering and only option is to leave a voicemail. I’ve brought this up on the couple times I have got a call from emailing and they even admitted they don’t know where the voicemails are stored and aren’t checked.

  if you want a miserable renting experience try renting anywhere owned by avenue5 lol especially this place they don’t have an actual office, they go through property managers like nobody’s business and if you don’t like paying online they lose your checks left and right and try to evict you because why not instead of communicating lol this place is a joke. not to mention cops are here every other day and there was a fire one time and refused to assist any of the other tenant s who were affected by it.

  I absolutely loved my tour of Peaks on Pines! The apartment’s layout felt bright and spacious, and the tucked-away patio from the street gave it such a cozy, private charm. Christina, the leasing agent, was fantastic—thorough, friendly, and full of helpful insight about the exciting updates coming to the property. The whole experience left me really excited about the possibility of calling this place home!

  I’m so glad i visited Peaks on Pines. I love that it is back from the main roads but is still close to my work and all the places i like to shop. The property is well kept and has a really private courtyard area that the patio faces giving such a quite tranquil feeling. It’s so nice to relax and enjoy. The updated units have a fireplace that is so cozy in winter and beautiful finishes. I highly recommend.
