They have zero parking for guests. Extremely difficult to deal with. And if you do park by the office for a bit, theyll stick a big paper sticker right on your glass window for you to scrap off with a razor.. practically vandalism.

If you’re thinking about moving into one of these tiny 510- 640 sq ft apartments, don’t. Save yourself the frustration, sweat, and money. This place is a joke — and not a funny one. For the property owners I really hope you take this review at heart and try and fix some of the problems you have here. Everyone in the apartment complex warned us about living here with the first month. Unfortunately they were right. First off, the parking is a disaster. There’s barely enough for residents, and ZERO guest parking. Good luck having friends over unless they enjoy hunting for street parking and walking through homeless people on the streets. Not safe. $95 for parking……. Now let’s talk about air circulation (or the lack thereof). It’s horrific. There is no AC, no ceiling fan, and the layout traps hot air like an oven. You’re expected to fork over $1900+ a month, and yet they suggest you go buy your own AC unit — which, surprise! — eats up even more of your already cramped living space. This unit is unbearably hot in summer, and it only adds to the general discomfort of this sardine-can-sized box they call an apartment. The interior design is laughable — whoever designed it clearly had one goal: cram as many people into a shoebox as humanly possible. It’s cluttered, claustrophobic, and if you actually enjoy cooking, forget it. The kitchen is barely functional, and turning on the stove only makes the air quality worse. The fridge is cheap. Again $1,900+ Speaking of outside, the surrounding area is constantly surrounded by homeless activity. It’s not safe, it’s not quiet, and it doesn’t feel like a community. The trail is full of trash and homeless watching the apartment complex at night. Sad to say but you can have your window open without feeling terrified. The fact that this place is charging luxury prices for substandard living conditions is infuriating. Honestly, it might be justifiable if the rent was $1000–$1200. Maybe. Not sure how this place received so many positive reviews when speaking with neighbors and nothing positive is said. Everyone is trying to move out. The only compliment I can give is that the exterior of the building looks nice, and there’s a decent amount of plant life. The property manager at the front of the building is a really nice person. But that’s where the praise ends. You can not enjoy the exterior due to the homeless. There patio space is relaxing in the summer because again no fan. If the management actually cared, they’d invest in their community and install modern wall AC units like a decent landlord would. Until then, this is just overpriced misery disguised with some landscaping. Please commit to your own residents and at least install smaller AC units inside the apartments. Good luck to anyone that lives here.

Amazing staff, not a lot of commotion from other tenants and reasonable prices
