To be clear upfront, I received no financial incentive for writing this review—I simply want to provide helpful insights for other property owners, as I found little information online from the landlord’s perspective. When searching for a property management company to oversee my two rental units in Kitsap County, I interviewed three different firms. My goal was clear—I didn’t want a company that merely collected rent and passed along maintenance requests while charging 10%. I wanted proactive management, clear communication, effective tenant placement, and a team whose chemistry aligned well with my approach. From the very first call, REally stood out from the rest. During my initial conversation with their owner—who remains actively involved in daily operations—I quickly recognized their unique, proactive approach to property maintenance. Unlike other PMs, REally schedules biannual inspections to catch and address potential issues before they escalate. This thoughtful strategy benefits both landlords and tenants by keeping the property in optimal condition. When the time came to place tenants into the house I previously occupied, REally conducted a thorough inspection, producing a detailed, hundred-page report that documented everything needing attention or updates for compliance. Even more impressive was the way the owner and team pulled together—knocking out a several repairs and onboarding the new tenants smoothly, all within a tight deadline, with no drama and positive attitude. Now, after three months of collaboration, I can confidently say that choosing REally was a great decision. They have truly made our life less stressful, and every dollar spent feels like a wise investment. I wholeheartedly recommend REally Property Management to any landlord looking for reliability, professionalism, and peace of mind.
