  Best decision i made was moving to The Postmark, i love everything about my apartment and the Gym as well, and they have great staff members, I also wanted to take a moment to recognize Lennie for being absolutely wonderful. And every interaction I’ve had with her has been positive. She is always kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone so consistently friendly and professional. Lennie truly makes a difference here, and I really appreciate everything she does!

  I’ve had a most wonderful experience in this building. I moved here six months ago. The staff is amazing. They’re helpful and personable. The building is clean and well taken care of and when you call for any maintenance in your apartment they are here right away and the maintenance guys are also really nice. I highly recommend it

  Going on my second year living here. The previous management company sucked. Like real bad. But Epic took over and everyone has been wonderful. Chris and Lennie are both amazing and helpful. Our maintenance requests get taken care of so quickly. It’s a clean and safe space. And there have been no murders here! Love living here.

  We’ve been living at Postmark Apartments for a year now, and it has truly been an amazing experience! The ambiance is always super clean and bright, which makes coming home feel even more welcoming. What we love most are the resident events, they are always fun, well-organized, and really help build a strong sense of community. A big shoutout to the new property management team, Epic Asset, for doing such a great job. The leasing staff is incredibly positive, friendly, and always greets you with a beautiful smile, making it even more enjoyable to come home. The maintenance team and cleaners also deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication! We’re so happy to call this place home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed community!

  It has been a couple of weeks since we moved to Postmark, and the experience has been great so far. The management team has been excellent, especially Lennie, Chris, Shane, and Heather. They are very responsive and were extremely helpful even before we moved in. They promptly responded to emails and were available for calls whenever we had questions. During move-in, we were also able to borrow a dolly, which made moving our boxes much easier. The maintenance team has also been very responsive and handled all the minor service requests quickly and efficiently. Another thing we appreciate is how well the building and common areas are maintained. They are cleaned frequently and kept in great condition, which really shows the care put into maintaining the property. The location of the apartments is another big advantage. It’s a calm, small-town environment with Safeway right across the street. There are also many restaurants and other grocery stores within walking distance. The nearest light rail station is about a 4-minute drive away, and there are buses running every 15 minutes to multiple stations. They also have a great fitness center, which is well-equipped and convenient for residents to use 24/7.
