  I had a wonderful experience at Postmark Apartments, and I want to especially thank Lennie for an outstanding tour. She took the time to explain every facility and amenity in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and was incredibly kind, warm, and professional throughout the process. Her approach made the entire tour feel smooth, informative, and very welcoming. I also want to appreciate Epic Asset Management for handling all the procedures with such efficiency and clarity. From scheduling to paperwork and communication, everything was organized and transparent. Their professionalism truly made the leasing experience stress-free. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with both Lennie and Epic Asset Management. Highly recommend Postmark Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed community with great staff!

  Vivir en este lugar ha sido una experiencia increíble, tienen sus lobbys y salones limpios y el personal es súper amable y alegre, llevó por tiempo viviendo aquí, pero estoy súper contenta en mi nuevo hogar, si solicitas alguna mantenimiento vienen el día siguiente sin tener que volver a preguntar, sin pensarlo recomiendo mucho este lugar.

  Had a great tour with Chris over the weekend and he was very informative. Building is so beautiful but not looking to move until spring. Will be back!!

  TLDR: Ignore the old reviews! The horrible management teams have finally been replaced!!! Highly recommend The Postmark. Free coffee and treats every morning in the lobby. It’s actually safe, clean, and smells good here now. Lovely vibes! I’m going to start by shouting out and sending all my thanks to these specific members of the new management team that I’ve personally interacted with: Lennie, Heather, Shane, and the cleaning lady that cleans the property with such care and kindness (so sorry, I don’t know your name, but I appreciate your consistent hard work!!!). Lennie and Heather are always around to greet you with the warmest smiles and genuine conversations. I have no doubt the rest of the team is just as lovely as these folks. I have no regrets renewing my lease with this team. (Know that the current team is not the same as the one behind these negative reviews.) I used to dread living here. I was actively looking for loopholes in my lease and nearly paid the early termination fee just to be done with the cycle of incompetent, rude management teams that kept coming and going and the awful experiences they created. The previous management team was dishonest, unresponsive, and would either ignore you or gaslight you if you called them out on their lies. Since this new team took over, the community finally feels like home, which is saying a lot given how expensive rent is these days. They’ve repaired every neglected corner of the property, communicate clearly about everything (big or small), and treat residents with care and respect. That kind of attention matters, especially when so much of your paycheck goes toward rent. Notable improvements: •Daily cleaning crew that keeps the entire property spotless - elevators, floors, windows, etc. •Trash rooms and loading areas are now maintained and accessible. •Maintenance requests are completed at a timely manner. •Dog relief areas are clean. No more dodging poop bombs! (potty bags and trash cans are provided so I don’t understand why dog owners can’t just use them to begin with). •No more homeless individuals loitering or peeing on the building walls and property (possibly thanks to the new security team!). •Packages are handled with care and no longer go missing. There’s plenty of secure package lockers available. Areas for improvement: •The parking garage could use more and brighter lighting (just a girlie concern). •ADA push buttons on doors would be a great addition. •Probably out of their reach now but the street entrance to the garage is poorly designed with narrow and low visibility. And, when garbage trucks are there, you can’t get in or out. You’re forced to wait or back up into the busy road. If you’re considering The Postmark, go for it. If you can afford the little extra for rent at a modern, well-managed property, it’s worth it. I’ve toured plenty of older, cheaper buildings in the area, and let’s just say, be cautious about hidden mold issues in some of those places. The Postmark offers a great location for commuters and shoppers, spacious floorplans, and a safe community managed by a *NEW* team that genuinely cares about its residents.

  We are finally Home! We really enjoy and love living in this apartment! The building is clean, well-maintained, and in a very convenient location. It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and even an elementary school—perfect for families. The Epic Asset Management Team is responsive and friendly most especially Shane, Heather, Lennie and Chris (The Power Team) and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Kudos to the service team Salvador, Alejandro and Tracy! Overall, a comfortable and safe place to live. Highly recommended!
