  I’m so happy with my apartment and my decision to move here.From the very beginning, touring the property with Lennie was wonderful. She was professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. The building is clean and well-maintained, and the environment feels safe and peaceful. The staff is always kind and responsive whenever I need help. It really feels like home, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming community.   the process of getting an apartment is always difficult. Lennie has been great at making sure we're set with all that we need. She says "that's what she's here for," but just her aura and her friendliness bloomed an instant connection between us. My roommate and I are grateful that Lennie could be the one to help us till the very end!

  I absolutely love living here! Everything is amazing from the beautiful apartments to the great amenities. It’s always clean, well managed, and the team is so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home!

  I’ve lived at The Postmark Apartments in Shoreline for more than 3 years and truly love it here. The community is safe, quiet, and peaceful, which makes it feel like home. Since Epic took over management, things have improved even more thanks to Lennie and her new Epic crew; they are very responsive, professional, and really care about residents. Highly recommend living here!

  this apt is very well maintained and beautiful!! rated 4/5 though as they’ve been doing a bunch of renovations that have been a little inconvenient with our living experience. we appreciate the effort to make the space better but things such as turning off the water for an entire work day, not having hot water available for many hours, or having garage’s blocked / having to remove your car especially on short notice has been inconvenient 😭 we’re not saying to stop these efforts but maybe just giving earlier notice about these bc these are peoples homes at the end of the day :,) on a more positive note, the staff of the new EPIC management are very welcoming, kind and helpful!! and have definitely made our living experience here great! lennie at the front desk is amazing and personable :) her and the other staff always have a smile on their faces! this new management though in general is definitely better than the last couple of ones and they seem as though they genuinely care about their guests!
