They handled everything from unclogging the drains, to making ADA modifications for our grandmother. Nothing but amazing things to say about their team. We have never had a bad experience with the staff working in the leasing office, but Ariana has always been especially kind. We loved our time here and wish we could afford to stay longer.

- DDD.owusuOct 8, 20255.0I moved into Arabella in Jan 2024 until Sept 2025. From the first encounter with Shane (apartment complex) manager I knew this community was the perfect home for me. The apartment complex is located conveniently just about 20 minutes from Seattle. It is near major shops and food chains. The complex was mostly quiet. It was safe (right across from the fire department). Everyone was great. During my move out I had to have my car shipped and Ariana (leasing office) was kind enough to give my keys to the shipper! Shane always made sure my packages were safely tucked away in a secured locker if I was away. The leasing staff really care and really do provide a warm environment for their residents. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone moving to Washington State especially around Seattle or North of Seattle!

"Wait, NE 180th is a residential street- doesn't the fire dept wait until they're on 15th Ave NE to blare their deafening wails?" Absolutely never. The rescue begins once the bay doors open. This is to assure every tenant that they are on a MISSION: to maybe put out a fire, & to definitely make sure you never sleep peacefully as long as you live here.
