- DDD.owusuOct 8, 20255.0I moved into Arabella in Jan 2024 until Sept 2025. From the first encounter with Shane (apartment complex) manager I knew this community was the perfect home for me. The apartment complex is located conveniently just about 20 minutes from Seattle. It is near major shops and food chains. The complex was mostly quiet. It was safe (right across from the fire department). Everyone was great. During my move out I had to have my car shipped and Ariana (leasing office) was kind enough to give my keys to the shipper! Shane always made sure my packages were safely tucked away in a secured locker if I was away. The leasing staff really care and really do provide a warm environment for their residents. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone moving to Washington State especially around Seattle or North of Seattle!

After taking $400 dollars for our application fees and holding deposit, they insisted they needed to send us the refund by check despite taking the payments by card. A month later, after telling us it would only take a week, we still have not received our FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. Literally just stealing at this point. Unacceptable behavior for a person, let alone a business. Don't apply here unless you want your money stolen if you ever need to cancel or not go through with it for literally any reason. Edit: They seem to be resolving the issue finally, so I'm adjusting the score to 3.
- ILIvar LFeb 22, 20205.0I moved in a month or so ago. The people that work here are extremely personable and friendly. They go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable in your new spot. One of the employees even honored special requests before I moved in to make sure the place was a perfect fit. The area is quiet and people are respectful. Great place to live.
