    These are newly built/installed modular homes in a large park. Early construction date was approximately 2022, so homes are fairly new although small, and nice looking. Lot fees seem high at $800-$1200 per month.

    We visited a real estate agent while camping in Sequim. She showed us a stick-built house, then we went to Lavender Meadows. We looked at several show houses and really liked them. After sanity returned, I looked at these reviews and was shocked. We are so glad we didn't hop on this bandwagon. A mobile home is a mobile home in a mobile home park no matter what.
