  I recently moved to be closer to work, but I had an excellent experience at Viktoria over the 2+ years I lived there. Top-notch property management and repair teams, great roof top, the parking garage and package room were both very secure, and an extremely smooth move-out process. Anyone who considers moving here would be in great hands.

  I recently moved into this apartment and have had an incredible experience! The unit is spotless and cozy, and the rooftop provides stunning views. It’s also conveniently situated near all the food and entertainment options. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. A special shout-out to Genaro, who has been nothing short of exceptional throughout the entire process!

  Highly recommend the Viktoria in Downtown Seattle. I lived here for three years and thoroughly enjoyed my resident experience. Great location, and very attentive staff who all work together to make everyone’s experience great. Definitely want to recognize Kevin, Brandon, Justin, Paula, Gerero, and Sarah for the hospitality over the last three years. Your professionalism and kindness is very much appreciated. If you are considering a downtown apartment, you must check out the Viktoria—you will not be disappointed. Will miss you all!

  I didn't end up leasing at Viktoria due to choosing a different neighborhood. However, I just wanted to shout out Genaro, who was one of the best leasing agents I toured with among my MANY apartment tours in Seattle. What really stood out was the real connection he's built with residents that I could see in my short time there. He knew every resident we passed by name and each person seemed genuinely happy to see him and wanted to chat with him. Today, we receive so many generic automated messages from every community, and he was one of the only leasing agents to personally follow up with me sharing units that could work for me until I rented elsewhere. In the stressful home search, it was refreshing touring with a someone that made the time of day for me, was very accommodating and actually listened to make the experience feel less transactional. The building is nice of course, and the rooftop amenities are stunning. However, Genaro made the tour extra memorable in the best way.
