  Wanted to write a follow up review after the largely negative one I wrote a few months ago. The last 4 years we’ve spent here have been largely positive. There has been a significant amount of change since moving in -both structurally and administratively, and some has been easier to adapt to than others. While renovations have come with the struggles of living in a construction zone, they have also made the place far more beautiful and modern. While living steps from the stadium has made for some parking nightmares, its also provided unprecedented roof access to some of the most unique events in Seattle (super bowl parade, concerts, etc) right from the roof. And while staff changes have made for some communication missteps at times, it has also brought introduced some of the most thoughtful and hard working individuals to the community. There are definitely still areas that could use significant improvement (ie package troubleshooting, non-infrequent elevator issues, etc) but I can confidently say that the staff is dedicated to hearing from residents and addressing concerns. All things considered, I would recommend Stadium Place to anyone looking for a safe, lively, and newly renovated commubity!

  I recently moved out of the Stadium Place (The Wave/The Nolo) community after living there for over 10+ years and I can honestly say that I am going to miss it so much! The location can’t be beat, Pioneer Square is thriving with Arts/Culture, Restaurants & Nightlife. The building is situated with very quick access to I-90 and I-5 so no need to navigate downtown traffic jams and plenty of mass transit options including a Link Light Rail station only being a 3 minute walk. The views from the building rooftops are absolutely breathtaking and the amenities are all modern. But it’s the people working behind the scenes that make this community so great to live in: Amanda, Nathan, Dillon, Alex and the whole maintenance crew are true rock stars! I loved my experience calling Stadium Place home and if you’re considering living in downtown Seattle then this property should be top of your list!

  Extremely comfortable living in a great location in Seattle. Being right next to the Mariners park was a huge plus. The entire staff was very helpful and has made our leasing process seamless. Special shout out to Nico as he has been the best to work with. We continue to rent here every year

  Staff has been amazing through the years. They've always found a way to take care of me with anything I needed. 10/10 recommend at least touring here. You might be pleasantly surprised. Public transit accessible, and walkable to multiple city landmarks. Look for Nico for your tours. He will make sure you get all the information you need and lead you in the right direction.

  We lived here for about two years. Firstly, the staff here are wonderful. Dylan and Niko always brightened up our day, they are the best! Maintenance was quick and responsive. The location is honestly amazing; it’s right next to international district, units have pretty good noise insulation (do expect some noise; it’s next to the fire station & stadium), and there are tons of public transportation options that will take you pretty much everywhere. During move out, the process was very seamless. We didn’t get any random or unreasonable charges. The only downside to living here was that our utility bills were always abnormally high, especially water/sewer. It climbed every month even when our usage decreased and we were away. Unfortunately, our attempts to resolve this went nowhere with the management and maintenance team. We ultimately decided to move out for a change of pace and because the rising utility bill became a bit ridiculous; I hope that the next person in our unit does not have to deal with the same issue. Overall, we loved living here!
