I had a great experience touring this apartment community. The leasing agent was professional, straightforward, and able to answer all of my questions clearly, which I really appreciated. The whole process felt smooth and well organized.
The building has a cool vintage character that gives it a lot of personality, and the location is hard to beat, easy access to all of Seattle made it extremely convenient.
My moving plans ended up changing, otherwise I would have submitted an application the next day. I’d definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking in the area.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Ever since Waterton took over, Skye Belltown has gone from a great place to live to a total dump. The leasing office is a disaster. If you ask why utilities have inexplicably doubled, they either play dumb or get defensive. I’ve even heard management dismiss tenant concerns by bragging about their 'strong legal team' instead of actually fixing the building. Oh, and if you enjoy sleeping, good luck—the heating system is broken to the point where my unit feels like a sauna in the dead of winter even when it’s 'off.' Save your money and your sanity. This isn't a luxury building anymore; it’s a mismanaged dorm.

Been living here for years and can honestly say most of the “problems” with the building are quirks of it being old and the older management. New management is super nice and helpful with everything, the matinence team is doing their best with a near 100 year old apartment building, and the community improvements are gonna be exciting in the common spaces!
Only note is that unless you ask them in person they aren’t always transparent about weird buildings things going on, but tbf the weird things are totally weird and idk how I’d write about them in an official email either
