  Overpriced and almost everything is falling apart. From my bathroom fixtures not staying on the wall to the door knob on the front door getting loose way too constantly. Kitchenette is an absolute design nightmare with the sink being extremely small making the water go absolutely everywhere destroying the wooden bathroom door next to it. The bathroom has zero ventilation and the cleaning they were supposed to do prior to me moving in was clearly not done properly, I’ve found trash from the previous tenant! It gets pretty sketchy at night as well, with some occurrences of inebriated people banging on doors to be let in. There was what I believe to be an assault of some sort one night with a woman screaming to be let go while there were multiple men shouting. The leasing office is another absolute pain in the behind on top of this shtshow of an apartment building. They are rude and dismissive. I have known people that live in the apartments that have also been treated poorly so clearly it is a common occurrence. 1100+ for this bs in a 200sqft space. There are plenty of better places out there and I urge anyone interested to look elsewhere.

  I've lived next door to this building for several years, and the fire alarm goes off constantly--at least once a month, sometimes multiple times in a single day. When it happens, the full alarm system triggers: loud bells, buzzers, and flashing strobes, and it typically continues until the Seattle Fire Department arrives to clear the building. This has been happening for at least two years with no apparent resolution. At this point it's hard not to conclude that building management has been unwilling or unable to address whatever underlying issue is causing it.

  Great staff, great amenities. Affordable homes with a great location. Maintenance and cleaning staff are very professional as well.

  The team here is amazing!!! Very professional and they have created a unified front that is impressive. Everyone from the leasing office, maintenance team and cleaning team are super friendly and I feel like they go above and beyond to be of assistance in every situation. I feel very fortunate to have found a peaceful home here at Sedona. I hope you will look into this property of you are seeking a new home.

  I did not personally reside here, but a close friend did, and I visited frequently. That exposure alone was more than enough. Upon moving out of a spotless unit, my friend had their entire security deposit withheld and was charged additional fees on top of it. The justifications were repeatedly framed as “policy,” yet much of what was enforced appeared questionable at best and potentially unlawful. This is not a home. It is a roughly 200 square foot unit, marketed as something far more livable than it truly is. Management is not on your side. Their primary objective is to extract as much money as possible while residents occupy poorly maintained units. Maintenance is minimal, accountability is lacking, and tenant rights seem to be treated as optional rather than mandatory. Every story I’ve heard about Sedona Apartments follows the same pattern. Excessive fees, aggressive enforcement, and a complete imbalance of power in favor of management. If you choose to engage with them, do so cautiously and document everything. Otherwise, the best advice is simple: avoid this property entirely.
