My first time buying from them, the cashier is nicer than the lady that makes the actual drinks, the one that makes the drinks(coffees etc) doesn't smile at all. The cashier forget to tell me that Mondays they give free muffins and she apologised with a beautiful smile and was willing to fix her mistake.
I now know that I have to tip people that gives excellent customer service

I’ve visited this building before for a tour, and this time, they had some three-bedroom units available that caught my interest. I was particularly drawn to the one on the 17th floor, but all the lower floors were only $30 cheaper.
When I arrived, Tammy greeted us and asked about our moving date and budget. I mentioned that my moving date was in 12 days and that the price on the website was within my budget. After I clarified my preferences, she left to check other units.
However, when she returned, she asked again about our budget and I assured her that all the units were within our range. She then requested a specific number, which I provided, but she kept pushing back, as if we were lying.
Finally, she said she could only show us one unit and would only show us what was within our budget because she was busy. (Mind you, we had already booked a tour.) After a condescending back-and-forth, misquoting prices for parking and the unit, we decided to leave without touring the unit.

Lived here for around 2 years. It was a great experience at the start but it turned upside down in the last few months with new folks in the management. There’s far too many comments on the management and the issues that almost all residents faced which I would refrain from getting into in my review.
One thing that is unresolved for us - that is prompting this review, is that we moved out in January and paid our move out dues well within a week of receiving the statement with an email confirmation from the management that a cashiers check has been received from our end. However we received notice from a debt collection agency that we’ve not paid our move out dues. We’ve been trying to reach out to the management but have stopped receiving any communication from them after that. If someone from Panorama is reading this, please address our concerns asap.
Would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful living.
Edit: Got replies after persistent emails from our side that they missed adding the cashiers check to our account for a month. Not a single apology but “we understand this can be frustrating”. When asked to follow up with the creditors that the debt still appears on the website, they asked me to reach out myself to track. Misses are understandable, but the way it was handled and lack of accountability is absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone - so please look elsewhere for a place to call home!

Move in was smooth, in-house team was on any issues faster than I could have done it myself.

I will adjust my rating if and when conditions improve. Apartment was a filthy mess upon move in (floors leave your feet black). Washing machine stinks like mold. Heater is broken and can’t be adjusted until summer? The weird garbage service they use (valet living) is a third party app based service that didn’t pick us up the first time we put out garbage (the very first time). For the cost of the rent you’re better looking elsewhere.
Edit: twice I've put out garbage and twice it was not collected.
Edit: recycling not picked up. Service has been missed more than it’s been picked up. One heater still not working. The other won’t turn off.
Edit: heater in one bedroom is not working still and can’t be fixed until summer. Which makes sense to no one.
Edit: door to stairwell outside unit slams and rattles the apartment which apparently can’t be remedied.
Edit: fire alarm in lobby is screeching and can be heard in our bedroom. Apparently, they are working with a "vendor" to get it fixed. I don't believe them.
Outdated heating system went down the first snow day of the year, prompting an emergency call to maintenance.
