  If you are new to Eastlake or looking to make the move to Eastlake, I highly recommend Illumina Apartments. I had stayed there for two years before moving out of the state. What truly sets this place apart is the management and maintenance team. They are professional, responsive, and proactive—issues are addressed quickly, communication is clear, and you always feel valued as a resident. It’s rare to find a team that operates with this level of consistency and respect, especially with the number of tenants in the complex. If you’re looking for a place that delivers on quality, comfort, and community at a higher level, this is it. I would wholeheartedly recommend Illumina to anyone seeking a new apartment to live in.

  My experience here has been exceptional, even though I've been a resident for a short time. The renovations to my unit have been top-notch and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer is a major perk. The view from the roof-top is amazing. What truly sets this place apart is the management team, especially Amber. She was so helpful during the move-in process, answering all my questions and making sure I was settled in. My little dog and I are thrilled to be here.

  Illumina has been a wonderful place to live in. It is in a relatively quiet neighborhood but still have access to local bars/restaurants and nearby neighborhoods as well. Amber, the property manager, was incredibly helpful during my move-in and made the process go smoothly and fast. I appreciate Amber's efforts to make Illumina extra welcoming by hosting events during the holidays.

  Lived here for four years - it’s a super cute spot with good quality rooms, roof access is beautiful, and being in Eastlake is a nice removal from the city while still being close enough to the action. Amber was a super nice community manager and was always very communicative.

  Nicely sized apartments, neighborhood is very chill as well. Close enough to downtown and there's a bus right outside. Building management is kind, and maintenance has always been quick even when it's not a major issue. I've been here for 5 years and lived in both a studio and a 1 bedroom, it's just a well-priced good place. Cozy.
