  Delivery driver here. Building manager was extremely aggressive, yelling and throwing packages. Very unprofessional behavior toward couriers

  The Guinevere management team have been wonderful during our 2+ year stay! Exceptional service! Legit breed/dog friendly. It’s been a wonderful time for our pet. We’ll miss living here. If you’re thinking about it, definitely go for it! You’ll love it!

  [This is a review of the tour only, not as a resident.] Angel and Molly at Guinevere Apartments were easily the best apartment tour I experienced on my apartment search journey. I was at first greeted by Angel who came prepared with a folder describing all the layouts available based on my budget, monthly add ons, and a map of the building (as the site itself is quite large!) Angel was exceptional in her preparedness for my appointment. I got to tour 3 units based on my budget as well as the gym set up, garage, and lounge areas. As we were walking around on the tour, Angel ran into many residents and greeted them by their first names which felt like a great indicator of Angel's character. Afterwards I met with Angel and Molly (community manager) back in the offices to discuss more questions. On the way back, one of the residents gave both Angel and Molly a stack of gifts for helping her during a high stress situation where she was stuck outside of the country. Again, superb relationships with the resident community! Lastly, a friend of mine lives in the building and recommended I tour just to get a sense of what I'm looking for in apartments. And of course, Angel and Molly knew her by first name! I left my tour of Guinevere with a sense that it's managed by a team of caring and dedicated folks who really care about and are responsive to their community of residents. I'm very hopeful to apply and live here soon!

  Edited: After 6 years I finally moved out, and in the end I have to say I did enjoy living here. We had our up and downs, but the last couple of years were mostly pleasant. I would have given it a 4 star, which I think is good since 5 stars for an apartment complex would mean perfection and no issue, but as some apartments are being upgraded to laminate or wood flooring (not sure which it is) the sounds have really become annoying for the people below those apartments. You can hear all movement, even if someone drops a small item, etc. I can hear my neighbors walking throughout their place all day, including their dog, which I couldn't previously. This is my 4th year here and likely my last. Also, during the covid-19, I asked if I could switch apartments as this has been driving me crazy. I understood my lease had another 7 months, but offered to sign a new year lease and understood I'd likely have to make a deposit again and would be losing out some on my previous deposit. I figured this was a win for them since the apartment would be more expensive as well, and I'd be content moving into a larger apartment during this and hopefully on an upper floor. I was told it would be fine, but since I am breaking my lease I'd still need to pay two months worth for breaking it. I find it interesting they can't be flexible during these extraordinary circumstances, yet amenities have been closed for 2 months and rent price are the same with no discount. I think everyone would agree amenities influence your decision when picking a place. So, I am being understanding about that, but they couldn't be more understanding about me wanting to swap apartments, which made me feel unappreciated, specially after 3.5 years. Says a lot to me.
