It was a wonderful move-in experience. It was welcoming, professional, thorough and efficient. Met all of our needs. Happy to be residents.

I've lived here for a little under a month now and things have been great. The apartments are spacious and unique, the staff is very friendly and willing to help. Staff was also very helpful and available during move in. Maintenance is also very helpful! The location is PERFECT. Go 5-10 minutes in either direction and you get to Cap Hill, SLU, Downtown, or First Hill.
Here are my only points of contention.
-As other reviews have said, the unit was not clean on move-in which was unfortunate. I'm going to have to pay to get it professionally cleaned because the grime left behind is giving me the ick.
-There were a couple other "unfinished" parts of the unit, however, they were not huge. Just a couple of the plastic finishing pieces on new appliances had not been tightened on.
-The washer and dryer are not functioning very well, the washer does not spin clothes dry enough and the dryer is holding on to a lot of moisture and not drying clothes. I'll have to run them multiple times but then that is a big waste of electricity.
Overall, my experience has been great so far and I would absolutely recommend this place to a friend or family member.

Best and affordable place to stay in Seattle downtown

I recently stopped by Tower 801 to see if they had anything available. I was met by a young lady I believe her name was Jennifer. This young lady was polite and professional and answered all my questions. I also met the manager Deanna. This lady was so impressive, I can see why the team is a well-oiled machine. Their customer service is the best I have found in Seattle. I will be coming back and this time I will have my Wife with me so she can look at this amazing property.
I would strongly advised everyone to think twice before moving to this apartment. I just terminated my lease with them due to relocation and I was billed with an extra $349.14 charges after forfeiting all the $600 deposit. The reason was carpet replacement which I didn't recall damaged/stained the carpet (by the way, only the bedroom was carpeted).
Other than this, this apartment does not have individual meter and the residents of the same floor share the monthly utility bills etc. I lived here alone and every month, my utility bill hit $150 or more, which is double than my previous apartment, which I turned the air conditioner / heater all year round. The maintenance team appeared to be diligent in keeping the building in shape, however, it is a very challenging task considering the inherited problems due to an aged building. Please expect constant elevator break down, no hot supply throughout certain floors and units, and leaking at the lobby during rainy days, main entrance closure due to repair work, and homeless people screaming at your balcony throughout the nights. Hereby attached the move out statement for your reference, search for "Other Reimbursed Cost" that you never understand why, and they are using a system where you need to extra $1 for making online rental payment per transaction. Think twice!
