I've lived here for a little under a month now and things have been great. The apartments are spacious and unique, the staff is very friendly and willing to help. Staff was also very helpful and available during move in. Maintenance is also very helpful! The location is PERFECT. Go 5-10 minutes in either direction and you get to Cap Hill, SLU, Downtown, or First Hill. Here are my only points of contention. -As other reviews have said, the unit was not clean on move-in which was unfortunate. I'm going to have to pay to get it professionally cleaned because the grime left behind is giving me the ick. -There were a couple other "unfinished" parts of the unit, however, they were not huge. Just a couple of the plastic finishing pieces on new appliances had not been tightened on. -The washer and dryer are not functioning very well, the washer does not spin clothes dry enough and the dryer is holding on to a lot of moisture and not drying clothes. I'll have to run them multiple times but then that is a big waste of electricity. Overall, my experience has been great so far and I would absolutely recommend this place to a friend or family member.

PRO: The management team is very helping, especially the current manager Axel. Questions on the house or utils usually can be answered in very short time through email or phones. House is spacious (1 br), interiors are new and well designed, good layout. Location, this place is close to my work, I also have walking distance to good restaurants, cinemas, theaters, play fields, shopping area, etc. Transit, bus station and metro are both in walking distance. Parking is $200+ but this is normal in downtown. CON: Noise is quite an issue in downtown, especially with the sliding windows I can hear some noises from the street (sirens, race car engines, drunk people singing on Wednesday/Friday night - this becomes a routine show to me).
