  Do not rent here. Ever since the new management took over, everything has gotten worse. The entry system barely works, the utilities fees suddenly doubled without reason, and the heating is ridiculous, my room gets blasted with heat even when I have it turned off. It literally feels like a sauna, and I keep waking up at night because it’s so hot. It’s been incredibly frustrating. I never thought I’d be suffering from worse heat in the winter than in the summer.

  UNSAFE & NEGLIGENT: 10-Hour Emergency Failure During Sewage Flood. Property denying to address the issue. My apartment experienced a major sewage backup and flood, creating an unsanitary and unsafe living condition (with electrical hazard). The emergency maintenance line failed completely, with six calls unanswered over 10 hours. Management's response has been inadequate: • They refused to cover necessary relocation and accept responsibility for the issue • They promised "full clean" and are NOT honoring it • They promised night security and charge a security maintenance fee but the security isn’t present most of the days.

  I would NOT recommend this building. In addition to the random sudden high charges in utilities (among other issues), it is becoming quite impossible to live here. I am in one of the higher floor apartments and there is a blasting alarm almost every other night now, usually between the hours of 12am to 4am, that sometimes lasts for over an hour. This has been going on for a few weeks now, so we have been experiencing interrupted nights regularly. I have reported this extreme noise complaint to the office but no investigation has taken place. If you want a good night sleep I would NOT recommend renting this specific building. Check out Fountain Courts Apartments instead.

  DO NOT LIVE HERE. Since Waterton bought Skye, daily living has become stressful and difficult for tenants. Everything is now dirty, neglected, and broken. Cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance staff was cut in half 8 months ago and never replaced. Doors don't open (and some don't close), security guards are absent, packages can't be delivered or are stolen, the parking garage is open and unsecured, garbage is overflowing inside and strewn all over the street, washers and dryers keep breaking, lawn furniture is left to rot in the rain. Most importantly, the water pipes are bursting fairly regularly and flooding multiple homes on multiple floors. The flood damage in apartments or common areas is not repaired in a timely manner, if at all. Maintenance does not reply to their emergency line. Mandatory apps and websites don't work right. Office staff is either absent or unhelpful. Management consistently gaslights, denies responsibilty, and shifts blame to tenants for the chronic living problems that have arisen since Waterton took over. Rent and utilities keep increasing while services keep declining. The worst. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Update: yet another water pipe burst andflooded 2 apartments and the building boiler broke, leaving tenants without hot water for about 10 hours. The destruction of Skye Belltown is ongoing...

  DO NOT RENT HERE. If I can give less than one star I would. The new management, Waterton, are horrible, the minute they took over the place became dirty. They like to see who is posting bad reviews so they can retaliate. No one cleans the floors and the common areas. The trash room is a bio-hazard. They raised the rent and the utilities keep increasing every month and no one can explain why. If you talk to them they will get defensive or pretend that they have no idea what you're talking about. The manager told a tenant that they're not worried about lawsuits because "Waterton has a strong legal team" Gross. It took them months to install a new entrance system and its not even complete. Packages get stolen. They fired the cleaning team and the security and only kept one security guard in charge of eighteen floors. Now, he can't even check the cameras to see who steals packages because management won't let him. DO NOT RENT HERE. This place used to be great under Millcreek, now under Waterton, its horrible.
