  We had a great chat with Sandra at an open house and subsequently decided to ask her to be our buyer's agent. Sandra provided great guidance to us and was very responsive throughout the buying process. There were a couple of times where we all stayed up late to push offers through to the seller, and Sandra also helped us negotiate back and forth with the sellers. We are now happily settled in a new home in the Seattle area! Sandra has been very kind and supportive to us throughout the process!
