Even with all the constraints we had to contend with, Kyle was so helpful in the selection of a unit and application process. He knew that one of my main concerns was that I needed a parking spot -- because the building’s garage is currently full for the summer, he went out of his way to find me a nearby garage where I can park in the interim. The move in was very seamless with Mark; they even placed some of my packages into the unit for me before I got there. So far, I am happy with my decision to move to Pine+Minor.

They really went out of their way to accommodate and find an apartment for us after a resident whose apartment we were going to take decided not to leave. We honestly thought we would have to start looking again for a new community but Rebecca went beyond expectations finding us an apartment in such a short notice. It ended up being even better than the original one! Pine + Minor has the friendliest staff, including the maintenance workers. We love that it’s a smaller community than where we were before and they are always having community events for us to enjoy! I would definitely recommend!
