- JSJeff SilvermanSep 1, 20255.0I arrived around 9:45 PM and left at about 9:55 PM. The young woman at the front desk was courteous, friendly, and polite. I sometimes think that the role of the front desk is underestimated. There are a lot of Bad Things that do not happen because somebody is there keeping an eye on the front door. I know that there is a video surveillance, and that is a good thing to have, but having a real human being is a strong deterrent.
