  Full disclosure the Property Manager is my friend. I have parked here for events downtown, so I am familiar with the property. The location is hard to beat, for access to all things downtown. I also have talked with a few of the residents. They say they have really noticed the difference since Alyx has taken over as the manager. They say the overall experience of living there is wonderful! Not surprised at all. Alyx has a proven track record of improving any property she works at.

  My friend lives here and I came to visit her for the past couple of weeks. I feel the need to write a good review after my stay. They had a Valentine’s Day card making station while I was here. I made a couple things to take home with me. They did popcorn on Fridays. Something i thought was really cool was they had a free library. I read two new books while i was here. The rooftop views are crazy gorgeous. Alyx the manager seems to run a really tight ship and John is super friendly too. I unfortunately don’t live around here, but if I did I’d definitely consider this as a place to live.

  The building has a spectacular view and is nestled on a dead end street in downtown. Management is friendly and and maintenance is very quick to respond. Had a water leak in my ceiling thay they had fixed in a few days. John and Alyx are awesome!!

  I've been living here for a couple of months now and I'm really pleased with the apartment I'm in! The property manager Alyx has been amazing and super helpful in the short time she's been in charge of the building, and John the maintenance guy is incredible at completing work quickly. If you're considering Met Park, I'd definitely recommend it as a solid apartment complex with a decent rent. Just know that it IS on a pretty steep hill and there's a fire station down the road so you'll hear a few sirens. On the other hand, it's close to downtown, has a nice park basically next door, and the view is gorgeous!

  Alyx and John are an incredible team who are truly dedicated to making sure every residents experience is a good one! They’ve always been helpful and quick to respond to any issues we’ve ever had I loved my time at Met Park because of them!
