This place feels like a graveyard, and it seems the apartment management doesn’t care about the well-being or safety of the community. A young girl was even shot in the head while she slept because of a stray bullet. If you love your family and value safety, do not move here. The management has shown no real concern or effort to create change. save yourself the heartbreak!!

Also an amazing maintenance crew that is always available to answer your questions and help. Leasing office is very comfortable with couches and tables that are relaxing makes you feel like at home. I gave this place 5 stars because they deserve it! Of your thinking of moving to this property you should. It’s literally right next door to downtown and it also has the perks of the Renton shopping / dining experience. Cheers!
