Unhelpful management, really thin walls. Only good thing is Ryan but he doesn’t live there.

The apartment itself is very well maintained. I took the tour twice and the leasing manager Ryan was very helpful as informative about the process. He is very responsive and helped me to go through the moving process within a few days. The gym here is the best I’ve baden among all the apartments I lived in.

Since moving here, the team at 2900 on First has been so helpful and accommodating. Ryan in the office is always quick to help whenever something came up whether it was something as small as locating a package or as large as our elevators suddenly going down out of their control. His quick and helpful communications about anything we needed has been great. Nee from maintenance also has been so incredibly helpful, even when my appliances had some trouble. He responded quickly, kept me updated on what was happening / how he was troubleshooting it, and even befriended my pup in the process. Overall, I've had a lovely experience here! Highly recommend it.

Here is my review/feedback as of May 4, 2023: PROS: 1) 3 minutes from the Olympic Sculpture Park 2) 5 minutes from Sacred Heart Parish Church 3) Few minutes away from Bartell and other restaurants 4) PET FRIENDLY!!!! 5) Beautiful, and Clean community area 6) I feel secured because they have security monitor 7) They also have a lot of entrance and exit in the building so you have lot of options wherever side you wanna go out or go in. 8) Huge space in the kitchen, living room, and room. Plus you have BALCONY! 9) Keyless to your apartment and to the vicinity. 10) We have Luxerone for our package 11) BUS Stops are very near the apartment complex 12) MAINTENANCE Team is awesome (MI)... Special Thanks to the Leasing Manager - Ryan Young is very helpful on my move (all the way from the Philippines). He makes things easier by allowing my friend to be our middle person during the leasing process. He is also very patient to all my inquiries/clarifications/questions and all my request were address as soon as possible. He also allow me and my friends during my 1st day of move to borrow one of the parking space for few hours while we are unloading our stuffs. He also helped me during my issues on my packages wherein he stepped up to help me to check mail room/luxerone cabinets. He also check my apartment about my initial minor issues that I wanted to report. And lastly, to ease my anxiety he also recommended a good cat cafe since I am missing my cat badly. And also love talking to Althea their property manager because she is very kind and most of all CAT LADY MOM certified! So glad to hear that she is cat lover! CONS: 1) Small washing machine but that's totally fine, you just need to go to laundry shop for heavy and huge stuffs like (blanket, etc.)

Pros: very nice dog amenities, very good location, friendly leasing managers(I’ve seen two and they are both super nice and responsible), friendly neighbors, nice espresso machine(they stopped filling up the coffee beans recently), good sound proof(we have a lot of barky dogs in the rooms around us and I rarely hear them) Cons: certain apartments’ natural lighting is VERY bad. It’s dark and gloomy in my living most of the time. (To be fair my apartment probably was discounted for that) My room faces an alley and the window cannot open fully. Community manager has a condescending attitude and slow at responding—I don’t feel he is passionate about helping the people living here. Very compact parking spots. I’ve been living here for 6 months. Two star rating is mostly because the bad natural lighting and bad views which affects my mood a lot
