  Don't rent from here. This place is ran by a corporate slum lord out of California. Their employees are nice and I do believe they are well meaning people, but they are either grossly under-trained, not given enough authority/autonomy or burnt out. Either case it results in a complete lack of accountability from anyone in the building--specific to leadership. Bobby in Maintenance deserves a shoutout because he is quick to respond and provide a solution. You might ask, why are there so many 5 star reviews? Its simple, management will literally corner you in the elevator (often broken) and ask you to give a 5 star review. If you don't do it, expect retaliatory treatment. Just ask why there is such high turnover in the building? NoCommunication, GarbageEverywhere, BrokenAmenities, IgnoredResponsibilities, BuildingSecurityIssues, StolenPackages

  This has been a great place to live. Shout-out to the staff, who are always friendly and helpful. Bobby does an excellent job and is always quick to respond whenever we need help.

  I have loved living in this building the last few years. The location is fantastic, and the views are amazing. A building is really only as good as its manager, and we are lucky to have Breail who is incredible! It's clear she cares about the community and its residents, and there were noticeable improvements after she was hired. Thank you Breail!

  Edit: Apparently I can't respond to comments on my review but I just wanted to say that the response from the owner is a lie and we reported the break ins multiple times. Proving my point even more. Just don't move here. So much money that increases year to year for absolutely no reason. Property management doesn't do anything and has an insanely high turn over rate. Cars are broken into.

  I was looking for an apartment in Eastlake and came across the property. Michelle was very friendly and answered all my questions. We did a quick tour to see the model unit.
