  Save your time and your money. I’m a current resident and renting at this place sucks so much. I’m so ready to leave. I keep having continuous issues with my refrigerator not cooling properly and so my food spoils. The building keeps losing power, therefore our key fobs are not working and so the building managers leaves the front door open all night for DAYS. We do not have a security guard at the main entrance. I do not feel safe here. Especially since there is a lot of unhoused in the area and sketchy people walking about, hanging out by the trash, and sleeping on the premises.

  楼楼: 公寓楼邻居的狗不停叫唤着处理？邻居的狗叫得厉害，严重干扰，怎么办？ 昨晚半夜12点多就叫，今天早上6点钟又被吵醒，怎么办？邻居好像早出晚归，一般看不见他的人. 我是睡眠比较轻的人，而且又喜欢安静，这样下去要神经衰弱了. 4楼楼养狗人也没有一点文明养狗，8楼楼梯口经常有狗大小便！各处气味难闻 有没有人管管？房东态度不好. 她态度极其敷衍. 员态度特别差.

  Super awesome staff, the leasing peeps are super amazing and very helpful. Maintenance, if any is ever needed, is extremely quick! Love the view and overall a great living experience.

  I moved here two years ago for two main reasons: The wonderful dog area on the roof (a must-have when you have a dog that insist on going outside at 3am) and amazingly deep bathtubs!! Nothing beats going home to a nice hot soak that covers your whole body. The walls are isolated enough that it's rare to every hear other neighbors. A neighbor who lived next to me for a year was surprised to learn I have a dog! Even small children are not a problem. Aside from that, the team is wonderful, attentive, and always happy to help.
