I strongly recommend that anyone considering moving into Creston Point Apartments read the reviews carefully and ask detailed questions about the property before signing a lease. In my experience, this was the worst place I have lived. The property is often dirty, and there were frequent issues with homeless individuals being inside the buildings. I also experienced problems with roaches during my time there. The manager, Ana, was very rude and difficult to communicate with whenever issues were raised. Even after moving out, I am still dealing with disputes regarding my security deposit. They are holding my deposit and have refused to provide proof that it was mailed to my new address or any documentation showing that it was sent. Overall, my experience was extremely frustrating. I would advise anyone thinking about living here to carefully review all feedback and make sure you fully understand the condition of the property and how management handles tenant concerns before signing a lease.

You can’t speak to a real person even if you ask. The AI chat bot will just hang up on you. I haven’t heard from them in months since I toured and now I owe money?
