I was the 4th resident to move into the building two plus years ago. I need to move closer to family now on the other side of Lake Washington, and I’m getting ready to move. I’m so sad to leave. The staff, Hillary, Gilbert, and Moss are patient, kind, efficient and always available. The building is always sparkling clean, it always smells good and it has every amenity you ever might want. We have monthly social gatherings, like pumpkin painting, sour dough making, movie night on the roof in summer, but in general it’s a quiet building. We chat in the elevators and common areas, but you can also find all the privacy you need. The roof is spectacular. I go up there to read in my favorite basket chair. When I look up from my book, I can see almost all of Mt Rainier, the Space Needle, and 360° of mountain ranges. It’s incredible. There are couches and tables up there, gas grills, and a long gas fireplace. Dogs are welcome here. There is a nice dog facility on the roof, and a nice dog bathing station downstairs. All the appliances are top notch, the ceilings are high, and—best of all—the windows are floor to ceiling. I look south down towards the U. and it feels so light and airy, even on the hottest days. I rarely turn my heat on in winter because my floors are warm from the apartment below, and the apartment stays at a nice temperature. I think most units have tubs. I do, and it’s deep. I love it. We have trash, and recycle on every floor, and compost collectors in every trash room. We have solar panels on the roof, endless hot water, and great water pressure. It’s strictly key fob entry on camera, security cameras as needed, and an available 24-hr security service. The common rooms, halls, and the outside perimeter are fully lit 24/7. The package room is doubly secure and there is a camera aimed at the door. It’s safe here. The neighborhood, just north of UW is fantastic. It’s a 5 minute drive to the dog park at Green Lake, 10 min to Magnuson Park, a ten minute walk to neighboring Cowen Park, and less than 5 min to N and S I-5, another 4 min will get you on the floating bridge. It’s neighborhood with trees, single family homes, kids on bikes, people outside walking. It just feels nice. If you have an opportunity to move into this building, you should do it and consider yourself lucky. I mean every word of this. I’m so sad to have to move.

My partner and I have been living in Corner63 for almost 2 years now, so this review is long overdue. First off, the property management/leasing team is the best of any place I have lived. Shoutout to Hilary
for making our initial move in a total breeze and for always being available when needed. We’re in an MFTE unit which we have to renew every year. MEGA shoutout to Moss for all the work they do for that and for also being a genuine delight at the front desk. And shoutout to Gilbert, for keeping everything running, being easy to get ahold of when there’s a maintenance issue, AND fully embracing the fact that he looks like Temuera Morrison. In general, the whole team of Hilary, Moss, and Gilbert are the best part about living here! The rest is pretty great too, but they’re definitely the highlights. We’ll definitely be renewing our lease for another year
