  My partner and I just started our 2nd lease here! First time we’ve ever renewed a lease in Seattle, we couldn’t wait to get out of a couple apartments. The management/staff/maintenance here are truly incredible, which is a big reason we stayed. They’re kind, very responsive, and you can tell they value the residents. If there’s an issue, it’s often resolved same day. It’s a little on the pricier side but with the amenities, location, cleanliness, etc., it makes it worth it. 10/10 place to live!

  Had a great experience with the viewing they showed me and my partner saw more places the office staff were kind polite and fast.

  The apartment building walls are thin as a paper . You will hear you neighbors walking , talking ,sneezing all through out the room . And the amount of construction thats been going on and will continue around the building is going to be a nightmare for any new resident (especially if your appartment is on the Harrison Street side) from all the noise of drilling , construction trucks , etc. Google reviews doesnt allow video or i would have posted a video of the noise 9 am in the morning from my appartment when my appartment is fully closed . The rooftop is average at best compared to other apartments in the Queen Anne area. For the amount of money one would pay for Astro apartment there are many good and beautiful appartment in the queen Anne area that can be considered over Astro

  My husband and I lived in Astro for one year, and it was a good time in spite of covid-19. We were enjoying our comfortable apartment, and we really liked the scenic view from the rooftop. During our stay, we were happy to communicate with Maria, Kelsey and Kendra. They’re always helpful and polite. Our maintenance requests were solved quickly. Our move was caused by the Key arena reconstruction in front of our windows. It was too noisy for us.

  The head property manager Kendra is extremely sketchy and pretty rude, too. Astro has also decided to close down amenities because of COVID, but some of the closures are questionable. They've closed down the grills, the gym, the lounge, and now they want to close down the roof because people are using it to exercise. Maybe the gym could stay closed, but for some reason they're advocating for residents to use the theater (which remains open) as a gym?! The theater is extremely small and is not meant to be used as a gym. Also, why of all the amenities is the theater open? Super illogical, but hey, that is what Kendra provides as a property manager. I'd suggest finding an apartment building with a respectable apartment manager!
