  Garbage disposal didn’t work. Maintenance got here within 2 days (on a Saturday no less) and got it working.

  I genuinely regret signing a lease at Madison Sammamish Apartments. What looked like a nice, quiet place turned out to be the exact opposite. From day one, there were issues that never got properly resolved. The unit wasn’t even fully ready when I moved in—things were dirty, worn down, and clearly not inspected. I brought it up multiple times, but management either ignored it or gave excuses instead of actually fixing anything. Communication here is terrible. Getting a straight answer from the office is nearly impossible, and every time you talk to someone, you get a different response. It feels completely disorganized and like no one is actually in charge. The noise level is out of control. Between neighbors, random disturbances, and lack of enforcement of any rules, it’s hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. This is not the “peaceful living” they advertise. On top of that, fees seem to come out of nowhere. You end up paying way more than expected, and there’s no transparency about it. For the price, you’d expect at least decent service—but that’s not the case here. Overall, this place is all marketing and no substance. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable or comfortable place to live.

  If I could give Madison Sammamish Apartments zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute nightmare and easily the worst living experience I’ve ever had. Management is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. You can submit maintenance requests and wait forever with zero follow-up. When they finally do show up, the fixes are rushed and barely solve the problem—if at all. It feels like they just want to check a box and move on. The apartments themselves look decent at first, but don’t be fooled. Everything is cheaply done. Appliances break down constantly, walls are paper-thin, and you can hear everything from your neighbors like you’re living in the same unit. Privacy basically doesn’t exist here. Cleanliness is another huge issue. Common areas are often dirty, trash piles up, and there’s little effort to keep the property maintained. For the amount of rent they charge, it’s honestly ridiculous. Parking is a mess, and good luck finding a spot anywhere near your unit. Add to that constant noise, poor security, and a general lack of care from management, and you’ve got a place that feels stressful instead of comfortable. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else. There are far better options in the area that actually respect their residents. This place is not worth your time, money, or peace of mind.

  Worse ever. I live here over 5 years. My washing machine used over 10 years. I checked the this washing machine. Recently some small pieces comes from washing machines. I told office to change they won’t and keeping to prepare. Nothing help. Still comes out. It’s been a year. Feel so stressful and frustrated.not responding for their renter. Worse ever. Any one can tell where to find help.

  I've lived in this complex for 10 years now and have seen all the ups and downs of this place. It has changed SO much in the past few years and for the better. The ladies in the office are friendly, patient and understanding. Eva and Lauren are always a delight to talk to and ever since Kathryn became the manager this place has gone from overpriced dump in a great location to a desirable place to live in a great location. Francisco and Carlos are our maintenance team and it has been so nice having people that actually know what they're doing. For example, an old maintenance technician from the properties past told me that I flushed my toilet too much and that's why a pipe burst in the unit below me. Like, what? Meanwhile Carlos and Francisco came when this place was basically on fire, no maintenance for well over a year and not once were they rude or disrespectful. These five people just took over the mess handed to them and have FLOURISHED. This complex is the amazing place that it is now all due to them. 10/10 recommend living here.
