- MDMegan Dimock6 days ago5.0I love living at Valley Springs! I've been here for a few years now and never had an issue. The staff is responsive, kind, professional, and timely. I can easily get in touch with them if I ever need anything. The few times I've had maintenance needs they are always handled quickly and professionally. The apartment itself is good quality with a lot of natural light and the walls aren't paper thin like some apartments. I hardly ever hear the neighbors around me and haven't had any issues with noise traveling. The neighborhood is fairly quiet as well with a trail just across the street for easy walking/biking/adventures. Overall a really wonderful place to call home.

They have parking security for the night time which made a big difference for the standard car break ins that tend to happen in Renton. The management was always very formal and nice. Nora the manager is by far the best manager I’ve dealt with and was quick to respond and take care of any situation that came up.

She's been a part of the community going on 15 years and knows how to get things taken care of for you with courtesy and a smile. Thick walls and floors so you barely hear your neighbors. Relatively low crime area. Good schools nearby. Near the major freeways. Jorge has been a great maintenance guy too! Always looking out for the community. Always super friendly. Would recommend and would come back if Anita and Jorge were still here!
