I don’t live here but my initial impression I was blown away. Did a self guided tour which started off rough. Then at the end of our tour the leasing consultant showed up. Did not seem interested at all to be bothered but I chalked it up to being the end of the day. Talking to my kids we realized we got no kind of pricing information. That was first red flag. Then I set an email with some detailed questions and all she sent back was the pricing sheet. Again, she just comes across as if she doesn’t care and just thinks these things will sell themselves. I mean they’re gonna sell but after the initial wow just remember “You can put makeup on a pig it’s still a pig!” Note to management hire people who understand what customer service entails. Sick and tired of people in the industry that dont to want to be there. Go do something else if you are that miserable!

Ask for Mon to Friday (9-5 PM) tours (they know about the construction noise). Construction will continue for next 2 years and once done no more views. I would not recommend this apartment community. Management is unresponsive and dismissive when issues are reported. For the price being charged, the value is simply not there. Communication from the leasing office lacks transparency and professionalism. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Prospective tenants should carefully consider other options before signing a lease here.

POOR Management!! These are NOT LUXURY APARTMENTS Unfortunately, this community has ongoing issues with constant noise, construction, and residents smoking in the property. Pets are often not cared for properly, leaving waste around the grounds and on nearby streets, and trash is frequently left in the garage. The apartments lack proper ventilation or AC, and overall community maintenance continues to fall short. Management is unhelpful, and clearly has no idea how to run or care for this community - avoid at all costs.

We were genuinely excited about moving to Solera and had a lease-signing/move-in appointment scheduled for Jan 31 at 12:30 PM. The full lease packet (about 61 pages) was provided only on Jan 30. I reviewed it the same evening and emailed clarification questions on Jan 30, expecting to receive answers before the appointment on Jan 31. I did not receive any response by email prior to the appointment, so the key questions remained unresolved until we arrived in person. I came to the appointment alone. I was told that both leaseholders needed to sign immediately. However, because the questions were not addressed in advance by email, the second leaseholder had already left for work by the time of the appointment and could not sign on the spot. Although we were later given a deadline until 5 PM the same day, the situation and tone at the appointment felt unnecessarily tense and rushed at a critical decision moment. Because of this last-minute process, we decided not to move forward. Unfortunately, we ended up losing $490 in non-refundable fees, which is disappointing given how close we were to moving in. We were very excited and invested a lot of time and effort into preparing for the move, so this outcome was especially disappointing. It is genuinely a shame this happened — we believe these are good apartments and we wanted to live here, but the lack of timely communication and the rushed signing process led to this outcome. I recommend providing lease documents earlier and responding to questions in advance so applicants can make an informed decision without time pressure. Update: Afterward I read more reviews and noticed a similar pattern: weak communication, delayed responses to emails, and unnecessary tension during the process. I’m not saying this applies to all leasing agents, but in our case it clearly felt that way — and now I’m genuinely glad we did not sign the lease.

Update*Things have gotten better in terms of communication and professionalism from the staff. Michael the manager seems to be making positive steps forward for the property and it’s showing in the interactions with staff. I am updating my review to reflect this.* The moving in process for this community was simple and straightforward with staff being very helpful. However, once you become a resident, it is a very different experience. If issues arise within the building or property, staff does not communicate and acts bothered when residents expect communication regarding outages or updates. Maria is the only helpful and competent leasing agent in the front office, Adriana and Kaylee both lack professional decorum and resident care. Anytime I have had to interact with either of them, they act offended that I would dare ask them to do something at their literal job. Direct quote from Adriana “you’re bothering me in my place of employment.” After speaking to the community manager on numerous different occasions about this specific topic, nothing has changed. If you are looking for somewhere to live that will respect you as a resident and care about resident retention or comfort then please, look elsewhere. When living in a brand new building, it’s expected that there is a few hiccups, but what is not expected is the lack of professionalism and care by staff. The staff’s responses are what have truly made this living experience frustrating. I have put off writing this review for fear of retaliation by not assisting me further while I live there, however at this point I think it’s important for others to be aware of what they should expect when you become a resident of Solera Apartments. Ensure if you are seeking a residence here, that you take nothing they say at face value, we were told of “amenities” when we toured and when we inquired after we had moved in we were immediately met with the response of “if it’s not in your lease, we can’t help you.” That is the motto at Solera.
