  My husband and I have lived at Lake Washington apartments for ~ 6 months. So far, we’ve been nothing been pleased with the management team and the amenities. There have been times when the sauna was not working, but Madison was responsive to our emails about timeline of its repair. The maintenance team worked on it promptly and nearly daily when it was out. Management has been responsive to any concern we’ve had. And, was kind enough to reimburse the credit card transaction fee the first month of rent until we got our account switched over to a checking account. Jeremy and his team always wave to us when we see them around the complex. They’re happy to help and respond promptly to maintenance requests. We felt the monthly charges were clearly outlined to us upon move in, we asked lots and lots of questions and Trish patiently answered all of them. Finally, our biggest frustration has been the trash service they’ve contracted out. There have been stretches of time they did not pick up our trash. This was frustrating considering it’s a monthly charge we can’t opt out of. If the trash valet company doesn’t see an obvious large bag of trash, they generally don’t actually look INSIDE the trash bin. Now, I time putting out trash out with our neighbors since they have generally larger bags of trash, so the Valet company can see there’s trash that needs to be collected. The rent is high, but it’s the Puget sound area, cost of living is high everywhere. It’s overall been a very enjoyable experience.

  The new office manager at this property is so helpful and nice! I really appreciated all the information they gave me and the time they spent with me. I have lived a lot of places and the management is not always so responsive and reliable.

  Don't waste your time applying to this apartment. Community management is the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. Also they do not communicate and they do not respond to emails. Very hard to get a hold of get any answers from. I've had to put in multiple calls to corporate. They're not much better but I am going to call them daily until I get answers for the process of my application.

  Update 11/25 I’m changing my review from ⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because I finally got an email back and she clarify the situation and applied the right amount for concession and remanning of deposit . I rarely leave negative reviews, but I have to agree with others who have mentioned issues with the manager, Madison. I moved in almost a month ago. While the location is great, my experience with management has been extremely disappointing. There has been constant misinformation, miscommunication, misunderstandings, and a complete lack of responsiveness. Emails go unanswered for days or even weeks and phone calls to the office are rarely picked up. I’ve been waiting nearly two weeks for a clarification email about a concession and deposit issue, and I still haven’t received a response from her. The only time I received quick responses was before I moved in, when it was time to sign the lease. I want to be clear that I have no complaints about the leasing agent, Trish, or the maintenance team. Jeremy and Hunter , they deserve 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars. They respond quickly, do great work, and genuinely care about keeping things running properly. However, with the manager Madison, there has been ongoing miscommunication and misunderstanding, even before I moved in. Her being “new” does not excuse the lack of timely communication with residents. There’s more I could mention for example, she failed to place the order to replace the carpet before my move-in date, even though we discussed it two weeks beforehand. The carpet ended up being replaced on the actual day I moved in. The apartment also wasn’t properly cleaned (though I did receive a $100 credit). On top of that, she didn’t provide the correct information about the deposit and move-in costs to Trish, who was left to handle it without Madison being present that morning. Overall, this has been a very disappointing start to my experience living here.

  My experience living here was subpar; the hot tub, sauna, and pool were frequently closed or out of order and parking was a disaster. If you live on the first floor your porch will probably flood every time it rains or they use the sprinklers. I agree with previous reviews that mention extra added fees that made the already expensive rent even more expensive. My worst experience is with the management, it seemed like there was always someone new, most times when I called no one would answer and I would be looped back to the beginning so I could never leave a voicemail. After moving out I had not received any a letter regarding the status of my security deposit or a checklist of conditions from the move out inspection, which I was told I would be given to me within 30 days, as required by Washington state law. After more than 30 days I then reached out to them asking for an update about my security deposit I was finally given a statement that I owed more than my security deposit in damages, I asked the Community Manager Madison Diltz to please connect me with the move out specialist or the manager on duty/staff when I moved out to discuss this issue and I was then never contacted again. To call these "luxury apartments" is a quite frankly a joke.
