  My son recently moved into a one-bedroom apartment, and I wanted to share our experience during the search process. While exploring options in the area, we noticed a leasing sign at Luke’s and decided to stop by to see what was available. That’s when we met Gaby in the leasing office—and she was truly wonderful. From the moment we spoke with her, we were impressed. Gaby was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question we had with patience and clarity, which made us feel confident and comfortable with our decision. Her positive attitude and genuine helpfulness really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable. Thanks to Gaby, what could have been a stressful process turned into a smooth and pleasant one.

  I was previously a resident at Luke Apartments in Redmond, and I recently had an experience that reminded me how wonderful and supportive their staff truly are. A package of mine was accidentally delivered to my old address at the building after I had already moved out. When I called to check, I spoke with Jolleen Otto (Leasing Consultant), she was incredibly kind and helpful. She confirmed that the package had arrived and very graciously offered to send it to me. She even went out of her way to drop it off with USPS so that it could reach me. What made this even more meaningful was that she did this despite the harsh snowy weather at the time. It really shows how thoughtful and dedicated the staff are. Even though I am no longer a resident, they still took the time and effort to help me. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the team at Luke Apartments. Thank you for going above and beyond—it meant a lot to me. I would like to also thank Avery - Property Manager , Gaby - Assistant Manager, Garrison - Maintenance Tech and Chris - Maintenance Supervisor for their kind help.

  It was a great apartment tour, all thanks to Jolleen. She was kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout. She took the time and extra effort to recheck the measurements and understand my requirements, which I really appreciated. Her attention to detail and patience made the experience stand out.

  I do not live at The Luke but my daughter has for 3 years. I was very worried when she moved across the country and selected to live at The Luke simply based on the Google reviews. Honestly, I thought she was crazy because you never know who writes these reviews but I'm so thankful the reviews were honestly written because she has been happy living there for 3 years. I have visited twice a year since she moved there and have stayed with her at The Luke. Each time my stay has been wonderful. The building is extremely quiet and it is kept exceptionally clean. I got to take part in two social events at The Luke, a painting class and a wine tasting that was setup by The Luke Management. Both events were very fun and it allowed my daughter and I to meet new people. The best thing about The Luke is it's amazing staff led by Avery. Avery has made some lovely improvements to The Luke since taking over as the Leasing Manager. The place smells amazing, the carpet in the lobby and mail area looks great and the game room has been updated in just a short period of time. The place is really looking great thanks to Avery. Jolleen is always a pleasure to see and was the person who helped my daughter with everything in the beginning from assisting her with selecting her apartment to going through her tour with her, to always being available to help my daughter when the need arises. Jolleen is a wonderful person. Gabby is a sweetheart who is new to The Luke. She is a kind young lady who I got to meet last summer. She is a great addition to The Luke staff! Finally, my daughter is always telling me how great the maintenance department is. Chris and Garrison keep The Luke in great shape. When my daughter has put in a maintenance request it is performed within a day or two. Like I stated previously, The Luke looks great and my daughter's apartment is in perfect working order thanks to these two men. I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex. If you want a quiet, clean, well maintained apartment building you need to check out The Luke. I am certain that you will not be disappointed in this place.
